- Transforming the South side into a private mega or super yacht facility with service road and pedestrian boulevard;
- Widening the new quay wall at the North side allowing for better traffic flow and handling of commercial shipping, and allowing for a pedestrian boulevard;
- Providing a new access to the hospital directly from the Carenage. Transforming the Sendall tunnel into a pedestrian walk-way in conjunction with a newly designed traffic flow scheme in town, after the Tanteen Tunnel is completed.
