• Construction of a new commercial port opposite Queens Park on newly reclaimed lands;
• Creation of a private Free-Trade zone on reclaimed lands adjacent to the new port;
• Redevelopment of the existing port area into a high-end tourism, commercial, cultural and entertainment complex including a redesigned Tanteen public park area;
• Transforming the existing quay wall into a home port for windjammers and tall sailing ships
