Zublin Objectives
- Creating newly developed areas for commercial, residential and tourist attraction sites;
- Improving environmental and living standards within the city through substantial investments in its basic infrastructure;
- Providing for the sustainable restoration and preservation of its historical character;
- Enhancing Grenada’s competitive position among its peers in the Caribbean region.

Impact of SGRP
- Total investments related to the SGRP are estimated to be in the order of US$ 400 million;
- An enormous boost in employment for local professional services during the development phase, and creating in the neighbourhood of 400-500 construction jobs;
- Simultaneously having a significant and sustainable impact on the economic infrastructure, including the rural sector with an estimated creation of 1000-1500 new jobs.

Public Private Partnership a scenario towards determination and realization
Zublin offers to undertake this SGRP Project -- which consists of Four Parts -- as an integrated project through a joint venture with Government; creating a public-private partnership comparable to the cruise port joint venture, albeit with a minimum of financial commitment or obligation from the Government of Grenada;

Zublin’s Commitment & Planning Proposal
- Zublin offers to undertake the pre-development phase in which the final political, technical and financial feasibility is determined at our own expense and risk, in close cooperation with the Government;
- Zublin requires absolute exclusivity based on a Heads of Agreement to be signed prior to commencement of the pre- development phase;
- Pre-development & Feasibility phase 2005
- Realization as from 2005/2006
- Completion before 2010
